Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information TeamMate collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. TeamMate is operated by Antlr Creatives.

Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to run a scheduling and team-communication service:
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider).
- Organization & scheduling data — the organizations you belong to, your role, availability, shifts, assignments, drop requests, and schedules.
- Messages — chat messages you send within your organization’s workspace.
- Profile media — an optional profile photo and any organization logo you upload.
- Device & push data — if you enable notifications, a push token and basic device details so we can deliver alerts.
- Usage data — basic technical logs (such as timestamps and error reports) used to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and operate TeamMate — to authenticate you, show your schedules, deliver messages and notifications, and keep your organization’s workspace working. We also use limited technical data to diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
How information is shared
- Within your organization — managers and members of an organization can see the scheduling data, display names, and messages shared in that workspace.
- Service providers — we rely on trusted infrastructure providers to operate the app, including Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and the Expo push notification service. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
- Legal reasons — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.
Data retention & account deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account at any time from More → Account → Request account deletion in the mobile app, or in your profile settings on the web.
When a deletion request is processed, your authentication account and personal profile are permanently removed, along with your availability, notifications, push devices, organization memberships, and the messages and shift assignments tied to your account. Content you authored that is shared with an organization (for example, schedules you created) is retained but disassociated from your identity. This action cannot be undone.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to organization data is enforced by row-level security so members can only reach the workspaces they belong to. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
Children’s privacy
TeamMate is intended for use by businesses and their staff and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate.
