Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and you may only use TeamMate for lawful business and team-coordination purposes.

TeamMate lets managers build schedules and lets team members view shifts, submit availability, claim open shifts, and communicate. Organizations are responsible for the data they add and for managing who has access to their workspace.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• Access data or workspaces you are not authorized to access.
• Upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security of the service.
• Use the service to send spam or to violate the privacy or rights of others.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including schedules, availability, and messages. You grant Antlr Creatives the limited rights needed to store and display that content in order to operate the service for you and your organization.

TeamMate is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antlr Creatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using TeamMate at any time and may request deletion of your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that is required to be removed by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. We will revise the “last updated” date above when changes are made.
