Frequently asked questions
How do I join my team’s workspace?
Ask your manager for an invite link or a join code. Open the link (or enter the code from the app) and sign in or create an account to join the organization.
How do I submit my availability?
Open the Available tab, choose the scheduling period, and mark which shifts you can work. Managers use your responses when building the schedule.
How do I claim an open shift?
Open shifts appear on your Schedule tab. Tap Claim shift — claims are first come, first served, and your name is added to the shift once the claim succeeds.
How do I manage notifications?
Tap the bell in the top bar, open Settings, and toggle which updates you want. You can also enable push notifications from More → Notifications.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, choose Reset password and follow the email instructions to set a new one.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your TeamMate account and personal data at any time:
- In the mobile app: go to More → Account → Request account deletion.
- On the web: open your profile settings and choose to request account deletion.
When the request is processed, your account and personal profile are permanently removed. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted. This cannot be undone.
